"Workers were very nice and explained what they would be doing each day. They were respectful and if something new popped up they would come to me and address it right away. Only concern that I have is phone related with all of them. Just to make sure that they call or text in advance to reinforce that they are coming and what time. Also when tryin to reach out if I do have a problem or issue or concern. It's hard getting a CALL back or sometimes even a text to even say hey we got your concern and are working on it and will get back to ya. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up.
