"both doors fixed; one door broke a week later, but they came out and fixed again for no charge."

"

work went well job was started and  completed very quickly, work was done with no issues or reasons to return, and the work was completed with minimal down time for the residences,

I have hired Kincaid Development for gas line replacement, front door replacement and drywall repair all jobs were done professionally and in a timely manner I would and have recommended Kincaid development to other friends and coworkers

"Job went great! Ishmael and his co-worker Jarnel literally carried our upright piano from its current spot, up two stairs, and down two stairs to it's new spot. Each time they put the piano down, they did it gently and with great care. No bumping or dropping! Would definitely hire them again for any heavy lifting."

"We hired ZVN Drywall to transform the walls in our new home. The existing walls were orange peel texture with a glossy paint finish. They came in and skim coated the walls to be the perfect smooth finish I was envisioning. They also painted our living room walls and ceiling as they are high and hard to reach. I can't find a single imperfection in the walls. We are absolutely blown away. They protected our floors, windows, counters, door handles, etc and everything was left in clean condition. On top of their excellent work, they are also very responsive and will not leave you hanging like many contractors out there. I highly recommend ZVN Drywall and will be hiring them for my next project."

"I've used this company a few times now. Scheduling is always easy. Michael is very responsive and so far, he's had someone come out as early as the following day. The work was always done well and in a good pace. I will continue to use them."

"George and Carlos are a riot, these guys have a great sense of humor and are **** hard workers. George and Carlos replaced an entire broken door jamb for us and the work was done promptly and professionally. I'd definitely hire these guys again in the future.  "

"GK Painting did an outstanding job! We were in a "situation" with one house under repair from a water leak, and another we were preparing to move in to. Our project(s) was not simple, and it was happening during the rainest months earlier this year...just as the pandemic was hitting. Gary and his guys didn't miss a beat. They showed up every day and worked wherever they could at the time. They did excellent work and were extremely cooperative, flexible, communicative and helpful. They have our highest recommendation (and we are contractors ourselves)."

"It went great.  Noe did exactly what I hoped he would do. cutting off the existing spigot and extending the pipe about 5 feet in another direction.  The spigot was about 2" off the ground under a sliding glass door and was very awkward to use.  He cut it off, and using copper pipe, made it go to the left along the wall and up about 3 feet.  It is attached to the wall and not in the way.
I was charged more than the Angies list price, and I paid the difference.
