"Well, they had ti leave a few times for parts. I wasn't in an emergency situation, however they still came late in the day. Not sure if that contributed to the high bill or not. The tip shelf on my bookcase was broken somehow. And no one said a word about it to me. I've been pretty mad about that ever since. The actual work they did do looks and works great.
