"I hired them to insulate the ceiling of a house I recently purchased. Unfortunately, one of the workmen fell through the ceiling, resulting in a moderate amount of damage. Realizing accidents happen and wanting to help this relatively new company, I agreed to let Elite Insulation pay for only half of the damages. After several phone calls, Eric still has not paid his half of the damages. It shows a total lack of character and integrity on his part. I would not recommend them to anyone."
