Not only did he expertly install our water filtration and water pressure systems, but he also took the extra step to lower our well pump deeper into the well to improve performance. On top of that, he replaced all of our fixtures, including two shower heads, two bathroom sink faucets, and our kitchen sink faucet, and an element to our water heater so we could have hot water — everything was done with great attention to detail and care. "We started out hiring Comprehensive Property Solutions for gutter cleaning. And the job quality and personal interactions with John made us want to hire him for doing our basement remodel. We couldn't be happier with him and his wonderful team. The extent of the job was a total room remodel which included demolition of an old brick hearth, a ceiling that was falling down and old 1970's paneling on the walls. They did all the demo and clean up and then hung new drywall on the walls and ceiling, built in a closet, put up new molding and new lights. Also installed a new heating/air conditioning unit in three of the basement rooms. Along the way he did other side jobs for us such as putting molding around our front porch pillars and hauling junk for us on three occasions. No job seems to big or small for this company. You won't meet a nicer and accommodating team. Their professionalism and friendliness made me so happy. Johns communication skills are stellar and I never had to worry that I didn't know where we were in the projects process. When the project was finished we are over the top happy with how everything turned out. We will for sure hire them again in the future."

"Homeowners beware!!! EASE "installed" a brand new heat pump in my home just a little over a month ago and I can't get the temperature in my home below 78 degrees now in the heat of the summer. I called my home warranty to advise them, and EASE would not respond to their request for reservice, which I'm actually grateful for once I learned how improperly they installed to begin with. There's a laundry list of everything they did wrong, including a huge gap in the air handler in my attic, causing tons of wasted electricity and my cold air blowing in the attic instead of my bedrooms. They also set the outside unit lopsided which is going to destroy the compressor in as soon as a year's time. I now have to basically have the whole thing reinstalled. I'm a single female homeowner, I guess they thought they didn't need to bring good work since I wouldn't know any better. Pathetic and a testiment to how little integrity this company posseses. Take it from me, use a different company!!"
