The rewiring alone was estimated over $18,000. Our home inspector informed us about knob-and-tube when we moved in, as well as the excellent condition of the wiring. Adding LED fixtures would have been a low draw on the system and we have since gotten a far better bid from another electrician. Our impression was that we were given a hard sell to spend almost $20,000 on a big project we did not ask for. There was no alternative solution offered. If you need a big commercial project done, you may find Seatown to be your best choice. As a homeowner, I felt like the company's next prospective sale. We won't hire this company."
