Installation was over 2-3 days but this was due to a bad snow storm in the area with hazardous roads that caused traffic accidents. The installer went out of his way to do everything he could to expedite it while maintaining a quality install, which I feel he accomplished. Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision. Time will tell how well it holds up, but the warranty looks like a good lifetime one. Would definitely use them again."

Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine.
