"they replace the main valve"

"Noticed we were starting to have issues with our septic tank. Gave Thigpen a call and set up an appointment for the next day. They were here on time and completed the job quickly. No trying to talk me into any other services I didn't need, no bs, just straight up honest work. Will definitely hire again when the time comes."

"Our son had Saia Plumbing replace a sewer line a few months ago that was between his house and the street. The job went well so I called Saia to replace a broken sewer line under our house. I like that Mike Saia gave me a very detailed, broken down price quote. The guys who did the work (and this is incredibly hard work) arrived right on schedule, dug very carefully, tunneled under our house, replaced the pipe, and restored the area so well that it doesn't even look like anything was done there. Mike is very easy to work with, and quickly responded to texts and calls. I absolutely would hire them again."

"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."

"I called two different companies to come out and look at my problem at first. The first company never showed up in the second company didn't really seem to know how to resolve my problem and seemed unprofessional. I called Able Plumbing and drains and spoke with Douglas and he scheduled my free estimate. The plumber came to my home and found that the rust coming from my faucets is due to old metal water lines and needed to be replaced. The drain problems I was having where because of the trees in my front yard that had lifted my sewer line so it was not able to drain properly. They gave me a quote of $12,678.46 to remove and replace my water lines with flexible lines and reroute my main sewer line so the trees could no longer effect the draining. I agreed to the price signed the ticket and paid my deposit. The next day the plumber brought a helper to start digging my sewer line while he ran in Grabbed materials. He showed back up about an hour later with all the materials needed for my job and they continue to work for the rest of the day. The whole job took about 4 days and I was very impressed with their professionalism and all-around workmanship on my project. I would recommend Able Plumbing and drains to family and friends as well as hire them again myself. They made it very easy from the first phone call to the completion of my project..."

"Called Jim for this job because he had done prior work for me,and he impressed me with his excellent  skills and helpful attitude.
At the time he was working in New Orleans, and although he doesn't  service the Ponchatoula area, he agreed to go out of his way and stop by my house on his way home that evening. He lives in Mandeville more than 10 miles away. He checked out the shower and traveled 10 miles  to the nearest Home Depot for a part, found that they didn't carry it. He then told me he would get the part from another source and returned the next day, repaired the shower and once again left a very satisfied customer. I hope that if I need plumbing work in the future he will agree to come. He is knowledgeable, highly skilled and most of all a kind and caring professional. I highly recommend him to any one needing his expertise.

"After trying to solve a drainage problem with another plumber (who in retrospect was clearly trying to rip me off), I called Laporte. They made it out in a timely manner. I had two issues and he was able to resolve both within a couple hours. The first was the one I had the other plumber out for, who had immediately jumped to the most expensive option to try and solve it. Laporte suggested an easier, much cheaper solution first, and that worked right away. The second problem was more challenging, but he worked through ruling out causes methodically, starting out with the easiest and simplest solutions. For example, while he thought it might be necessary to run a camera, he kept this as a last resort and in the end we didn't need it (as opposed to the other guy who immediately wanted to charge me $350 for a camera first thing). I definitely recommend Laporte."

"The technician was prompt and professional. Clog removal turned out to be more complicated than expected (could not reach clog from roof drain), but performed services for quoted cost. Cleared clog. Found approximate location of cleanout using video camera. Performed sewer inspection, created inspection video, explained parts of video and left a copy.

"Everything went well… even added a $100 tip to the bill for excellent workmanship"

"The crew working for him were ok.  They were polite and showed up but the job took much longer than they anticipated. The painting job was not the best.
