"I am so impressed with Joe Chavez Garage Doors & Gates. When I asked for a quote to replace the 35 year old automated gate at our condo, the contractor asked me why? I told him we have had several break-ins, and need to improve security. Instead of trying to sell our HOA a new gate (which we can ill afford), he showed me how the poor design of our gate allowed an intruder to lift the gate off the track, the swing it open! He said he could weld bars at the top and sides to make that impossible. So, instead of selling us a gate for a few thousand, he solved our problems for about $550.
