"A leaky roof was causing havoc in our home until we reached out to this company for roof repair. Their team's quick response and efficient repair work restored comfort and peace of mind. We are grateful for their prompt and professional service."

"Spencer4Hire did a great job. They completed the work on schedule and the quality of their work was exceptional. They installed rolled roofing about 1 ft past the end of the tile to prevent water from leaking back. The flashing they installed at the chimney and at an intersecting wall was very carefully installed and sealed. They replaced 2 sections of fascia board along with some rotted wood. After they painted the repairs (my paint) I couldn't tell where the repairs were made. They even set the flashing to direct water away from the corner where the rot started. I chose Spencer4Hire because they took the time to explain what they would do and gave me several options to choose from. During installation they kept me informed as to the timeline and any additional items needed. I would certainly choose them again if I needed roof repairs or replacement."

"George W Scott was the only company that gave me an honest estimate on the roof repair that I requested. He completed the repair when promised and on budget. He kept me informed every step of the repair. He is the only one I will let do any roof repair or replacement"

"They were very quick to get me on the schedule and very professional when they came out to check out the issue !!! I had a quote the next day for the repairs. They were very reasonable and provide a fantastic warranty for there work. I have referred them to many of my clients that I work with. They work very efficiently and are very honest about what is or is not a problem when assessing the roof repair. There work is outstanding!!! I will continue to refer them."

"Put in for the quote and got a response fast. We negotiated over the phone they are flexible. They were there the next day doing power wash. They also won't take money until you're satisfied. The paint job is great and they will come back and fix anything you can find afterwards. House was painted 3 days after contacting them. NOTE: All I would say if there are cracks or repairs you want fixed before they paint walk outside and mark them with something so they can see them otherwise they possibly won't be touched."

"We had the roof and gutter replaced on our rental property. Anthony Holden was professional, thorough, and considerate of our tenant. As out of state property owners, his frequent communication was reassuring. Phone calls and photos of the project's progression kept us fully informed. We're very satisfied with the results. We will definitely be hiring this company again."

"I have owned many homes in my life, requiring many repairs, and have been given many quotes. In this particular case I needed a new coating on my flat roof. I requested a quote from 4 well recommended roofing companies. The quotes we received ranged from $20,000 to $400, Some visits to the roof were only 1 minute long and others were 5-10 mins. All of them did take pictures of the roofing and explained the process. However, Forrest & Sons went further. Forrest & Sons was by far the best experience I've had working with contractors. They were on time, professional in every way and even gave me options at saved me Thousands of dollars. I thank you so much for the work you did, and I will only call you again for any other roofing issues for this house or my next. Thank You again, Catherine, Matthew and Henry."
