"Two years ago I bought my house and decided that I needed the travertine floors in my master bathroom cleaned/polished. I called a nationally recognized brand and they came out within a few days. Without boring you with too many details, I will just say the way my floor looked after they were done was horrendous. I'm still, to this day, baffled on how this company could leave a client's floor in worse shape than when they arrived. I see their 40% off all services commercial and laugh just knowing that even a deal like that isn't worth having them come out again, but I digress. <br /> Now, on to my fantastic experience with JMC Stone and Tile Care. Justin, the owner, explained why my floor came out so bad after the other company tried to clean it (I guess the previous owner sealed the floor with the incorrect sealer) and the steps to fix the floor. He then quoted me a fair price and we agreed he would come back the next day and work on the floor. The next day, Justin arrived on time and with a 'ready to work' attitude. He was pleasant, funny and didn't mind me asking more than a few follow up questions. My floor looks brand new and I can't thank JMC Stone and Tile enough."

"I was referred to this company by another stone dealer who said they had the best stone and were the best fabricators and installers. They only sell and work with soapstone, and have been doing it a long time. They were very helpful, told me about the different types of soapstone in their yard, were very patient in helping me to pick out a slab. <br /> The finished product was absolutely perfect. The installation crew did a beautiful job, even fabricating a small piece on-site so it would fit the space perfectly, and match the veins in the counter top that it 's butted up to. There is not the slightest flaw of any sort in the counter tops; they fit perfectly, and are finished perfectly. The crew was respectful, and cleaned up everything really well, much better than the other crews involved in the kitchen replacement.  <br /> My only less-than-happy part of the experience was that it was a bit difficult to communicate with them regarding work dates. I know they were really busy, and I was really stressed, (no kitchen for 4 months - ugh!), so it probably seemed like a bigger deal than it should have. Nonetheless, I think communication could have been a bit more timely. It was not a deal breaker, for sure, and I would not hesitate to send anyone their way, as the quality of product and craft are superb. <br />"
