"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. Eddie has been our primary service provider, however, for this call he was not available. Still received excellent service.
