"My experience was less than desirable, I contracted with Integrity to have my pool cage repainted in April 2024, which was done and paid in full, however, there were issues. The entire pool cage was left with a sandpaper type texture (was original smooth). When I brought this up, I was told that it was ‘windy’ and that it was overspray, if that was the case, then why did they paint and not wait for another day that was not windy? Or advise me that was a possibility before painting? They did come back out, spot sand a couple of areas, hand painted those spots and considered the job complete. Most of the pool cage still has the sandpaper texture which prior to painting was completely smooth. An additional issue that I had was that there were parts of the cage that had imperfections that were not addressed (i.e., sand, priming, etc.) which I was told would be done. It appears to just be painted over as one area flaked up the next day. When I pointed them out, they advised that was rust (it is an aluminum cage look up yourself if aluminum rusts). When I addressed my concerns with Integrity, they were dismissive to me and had an excuse for everything as to why/how it was my fault. Which if accurate, then in my opinion they should have brought up these issue(s) prior to painting? Just my experience, I hope that your experience is different, given my experience I would not recommend them."

"We had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. "David Spence did it again!! We had 2 bathrooms that needed to be gutted and one a conversion from tub to shower only. Not only did David Spence come in at a fair price, everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. Tile for second bath was running behind so instead of having us wait for it to come in, he gave us a choice to go pick out tile from Floor and Decor, which we did and the bathroom looks beautiful. Great customer service! We love that Ched and Tristan took time to answer any concerns we had along the way and they kept us up to date on the daily work. Both of our bathrooms are totally unrecognizable from where we started. You can’t go wrong hiring DAVID SPENCE INC. for your remodeling needs. We would definitely recommend him and his team."

"It started with their horrible AI voicemail system. Then waiting for their representative showing up two hours past the visit window. The quote for work was $1760 to animal proof three dormer soffits. The work effort for the two technicians took less then 3 hours and the results was a complete eye sore for all to see. The technician screwed flimsy sheet metal to the fascia boards and glued it to the shingles. Everything was uneven and rushed. At a rate of $300 an hour per technician, I would expect the work to be neat and precise. I text and called to express my concerns and when the manager finally came out he said that this is what they typically do and can not fix it. He offered to refund my deposit but failed to mention that they are retaining 25% of the total cost. $440 dollar spend for holes in my fascia boards and glue on my shingles. Do not do business with this company."

"Best service from beginning to end. From the outstanding communication from their office staff to the two team of roofers that did the jobs on both homes. I was completely satisfied and very happy with the results. They methodically picked up all the debris, and allowed me to inspect each roof before they left. I’m a picky person but this company knows what their doing, and not once did I feel any less than completely satisfied.
