"I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!"

He put up screens, fixed electrical issues, installed an air conditioner, fixed door jams so that our doors would lock, added a handrail to the basement and sanded and painted holes on the wall. He and his crew showed up right on time for both the initial quote and installation; answered all of our questions thoroughly and respectfully; installed the unit quickly and left a clean work area; wore masks for the entire process; and never tried to upsell us to things we didn't need. (A different business in the area quoted us a MUCH higher price for the same model and install work.) One thing that I would like to highlight as woman is that they treated both my husband and me equally, and we both felt respected and included in the conversation.
