"Nathan impressed from the time I first met him. He was far more professional than other contractors in terms of describing how his company works and what I should expect if I worked with him. He also has a nice showroom where you can look a variety of cabinets in different styles and colors as well as countertops. We ended up getting a countertop that he suggested. We would never had picked it on our own but it ended up looking amazing in our kitchen. We had him do a complete remodel of our kitchen and one of our bathrooms. The guys on his crew were always prompt and showed up as scheduled. His foreman was both a good communicator and listener. Whenever we ran into an unexpected issue, they communicated clearly what additional costs would be involved (if any) and how much additional time it might take. The cabinets he installed were custom made but did not cost more than the pre-fab ones you can buy at the large home improvement stores. They are of high quality and well constructed. I actually saw his cabinet guy using a small caliper to make sure the door distances from the cabinets were all even! Lastly...here's something you'll never hear about a contractor...he finished AHEAD of time! Nathan's company are straight shooters and very skilled craftsmen. I would work with them again."

"Albert did our cabinets for our kitchen remodel. Albert was friendly and helpful and always available anytime I called with a question or concern. Truly custom cabinets. Every cabinet Albert would build he would ask exactly how many drawers or what size you wanted. What inserts you wanted etc. his refinisher also did a great job on the existing cabinets we kept. We can’t tell the difference between the new and old. His attention to detail and standards were very high. Would use him again."

"Chris Bowen/Legacy did an amazing consulting/selling effort in the beginning of this project. He was not on our list of potential contractors that we were going to work with. However he came over on a Saturday and started providing options on our Kitchen renovation that others had not. Additionally he provide the most flexibility, choices and variations on what we wanted to achieve. Additionally he showed us his bio-data on many of his prior renovations, the quality and workmanship was impressive. After several consulting visits, my family was sold on Chris getting the entire project. We were given several choices on the cabinets and colors. With the supply constraints, he was able to get material faster than expected. Overall his team of sub-contractors showed excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They would address all our requests and changes. Additionally, whenever we had issues, Chris would come over to discuss and try to get to a viable resolution, many times including his sub-contractors as part of the discussion Bottom line...if you looking for a general contractor who is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs, Chris and his team are a great choice."

"Fantastic. Not only is the end result superb but the process was as smooth and efficient as it could possibly have been. Gino consults you on everything, even after you’ve made the initial choice of cabinets, tile, countertop, scope of work, etc. He talks to you every day to update you. He has people working continuously, all organized so that no time is wasted. Once he started there was not a (week)day when his people weren’t working on my job, usually all day long. He has the work and teams organized and timed so that each one comes to your project as few days as possible, which reduces the cost. Gino is a stickler for detail, and getting everything exactly right, aesthetically and functionally, and the people he hires are very highly skilled with the same attitude. They’re also very clean. They sealed off the kitchen during the demolition so that the dust wouldn’t get to the rest of my open-plan condo. In construction they minimized particulate matter by doing all of the heavy cutting off-site. And they vacuumed the space every day before leaving! I’ve had contractors in several different cities and states and none came even close to this level of work, but it’s how remodeling should be! The price of my project was reasonable given the very high quality of the work, and the scope of work. Gino is very straight with you. The only costs that exceeded the estimate were due to my decisions to upgrade materials, or add a job to the project, and discovery of conditions in the existing structure that had to be upgraded (e.g., electrical). I’ve never been able to recommended a contractor before -- all the ones I’ve had have been so bad -- but I recommend Imperial Remodeling with two thumbs up."
