"I had a kitchen floor with 20 year old linoleum that had water damage on it. When the flooring was replaced after the leak, the wood subfloor beneath it was not repaired, and so it rotted away. It had become so soft I actually was able to push my finger through it at one point and make a hole through the linoleum on the floor and the wood below. I explained this to Juan who came to give me an estimate and he said it would be no problem to repair the floor. I also wanted to replace the old white linoleum with woodgrain vinyl plank flooring. He showed me some samples and we landed on one that I liked. He quoted me a very decent price for the kitchen, and later I decided to do the bathroom as well, so it would match the kitchen. The day of the installation, his crew arrived within five minutes of the time quoted. They were friendly fast and knowledgeable as they replaced the rotted wood and fixed some squeaks that were in the joists. They were careful and accurate in laying the new plank flooring in both the kitchen and the bathroom. After the job was done, I looked at it and I couldn’t be happier with the result. It makes the house look new again! Thanks again to Juan and his team of installers! I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"Juan and his team installed new wood floors for our entire third level and a stairway. They are professional and hardworking. No doubt the best price you can get for top quality work. Highly recommend."

"Subject I had an excellent experience working with this wooden floor specialist Bryon. From start to finish, he was professional, personable, and extremely accommodating. He took the time to clearly explain the damage to my flooring, what repairs were needed, and provided an accurate and honest assessment of both the scope of work and the timeframe to complete it. The job was completed efficiently and exactly as described, with great attention to detail. The repaired flooring looks fantastic, and the work was done on schedule with no surprises. I truly appreciated his professionalism, clear communication, and respect for my home. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wooden floor repairs or restoration. See 3 pics for damaged wooden floor and fourth picture of completed floor to the left of photo. He did a suburb job and yes, I will be hiring and recommending him to my friends, relatives and neighbors. Best Regards, Darryl Kimble of Hawthorne, CA"

"Had to remove hardwood flooring that had water damage and replace entire flooring. Completed work in a very timely manner and with great pride. Third time I have used them, and highly recommend them."

"Staff was professional, careful, thorough, efficient, and friendly. They were able to repair the wood flooring as well as remove, replace and stretch the carpeting in a timely manner. I am a happy customer."

"I met with Avi of No-Ho Flooring for replacing flooring in a dining room, living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Avi was genuine, personable, and professional, providing me with the pros and cons of my choices. He immediately responded to texts or telephone calls. I was leaning towards a different flooring, but Avi showed me a better and comparable choice. It gave the house a more polished and updated look. His crew was hardworking and efficient. I highly recommend No-Ho Flooring and Construction."

"I expected the baseboards to be removed for the install of the floors and then reinstalled. I was never told that the baseboard would not be removed... which means that the wood was only installed short of the baseboards, and now, I will always have to have a base shoe. This is not a design element that I want to be forced to live with. We went back and forth about how unhappy I was with being pigeonholed to this decision... and things got quite contentious at times. But all in all, the wood floors themselves look good."

"I had been wanting my floors done for the longest time but I couldn’t find anyone who was willing to come to my location &/or refinish my floors without having all new wood put in. They came up to look at the job without question, gave me a quote and re-did my floors in two days! The price was very reasonable & they even filled in gaps for me. My floors are GORGEOUS! If you want your floors done or redone, go with this company!"

"Great! From start to finish James and his team are kind honest and take a lot of pride in their work. They were extremely helpful with your moving the furniture from the house putting it into the garage and covering the rest on the patio while they we finished our floors. They did a amazing job and then put everything back. I would hire them again anytime I need wood floors or wood floor serviced."

"The overall experience with the New Floor Co. was excellent.  Dan Paik is the owner of the company.  He quickly responded to my initial call, came to my house and evaluated the job and prepared an estimate promptly.  Dan came across as very competent.  I felt secure that he knows wood floors inside and out.  After accepting the bid, I was introduced to Victor Munoz.  Victor is lead installation man in the company.  Victor is a real craftsman and perfectionist.
My house is pretty old, built around 1908.  The job required a good amount of leveling to make the floor look uniformly flat.  Victor did this artfully.  He went under the house to secure and strengthen the subfloor where it was loose.  The doors needed some cutting to accommodate the new floors.  Victor even fixed things along the way that were not functioning.  For example, my front door opened and closed roughly.  He fixed it in no time flat.  Two other people were on the job with Victor, Gi (his brother) and Deshawn (brother in-law).  Both worked very hard and contributed their know how to completing the job.  Aside from being very hard workers, all three of these guys are very pleasant, professional and total gentlemen.  By the time the job was nearing completion, I actually felt like these guys became friends.
After all is said and done, my floors look awesome!  The team at New Floors Co met and surpassed my expectations.  I highly recommend them.
