"Patrick and Mike are amazing to work with. They are 100% dedicated to making sure you are happy with their work and that each aspect of your new vision meets or exceeds your expectations. All work was timely, communicated before hand and done in a way to cause the least disruption. An amazing plus is getting the equivalent of designer assistance (as well as decades of build experience) when making choices. Very highly recommend Avail Enterprises to anyone seeking to actually enjoy the journey of getting to your new vision for a space."

Timothy Schaefer
New to Angi

My name is Timothy. I am 29 years old. I have been involved with different construction and labor trades since 2010. \nMy primary focus is in carpentry. Mostly unfinished but I have experience with finish carpentry (stand alone cabinets, shelves, tables) as well. I got my start building picnic tables and lawn furniture as a teenager and progressed into deck building / refinishing as well as framing houses. \n\nI have a small business for my woodworking that is primarily using my creativity to make art with utility. For example, using recycled skateboards to make handles for hatchets and hammers, picture frames and more. \n\nI am also experienced in landscaping and lawn care. I can clean your gutters or put them up for you. If you need junk hauled or help moving, I would be happy to assist. \n\nI can assist with assembling different products such as tables, chairs, desks, bed frames, and also with installing fixtures, such as lights, ceiling fans. \n\nI have some dry wall experience and can patch holes, paint, caulk and seal your tub. \n\nI will be the first to let you know if I am not the right man for your job. I take pride in the work I do and I would rather turn a job down that I am not comfortable or experienced with, than to provide unsatisfactory service to a customer. \n\n

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "

FAQs for swimming pool or accessories repair or service projects in Sun Valley, NV

A well-maintained, correctly sized pump lasts eight to 12 years. Help it reach the upper end of that range by cleaning the strainer basket, monitoring for unusual sounds, and verifying that the pump’s flow rate matches the filter's specifications. Address leaks or pressure dips quickly—minor fixes now cost far less than a premature replacement later.

Listen for grinding or screeching, watch for breaker trips, and keep an eye on sudden spikes in your electric bill—any one of these signals the pump needs attention. If repairs continue to accumulate or the unit is older than eight years, replacement often makes more financial sense. Contact a qualified pool repair professional immediately to diagnose the issue and prevent further damage to the filter or plumbing.

It’s best to keep your pool pump on while swimming. Keeping the pump on while you swim allows the filter and skimmers to catch debris in real-time, maintaining water features flowing. It’s not mandatory, but weaving swim time into your regular eight-to-12-hour schedule helps maintain crystal-clear water and consistent chemical levels without extra effort.

Start by shutting off the power at the breaker and verifying with a voltage meter. Close the water valves, bleed pressure, and unbolt the old pump. Wire the new unit according to the manufacturer's diagram, glue in the PVC unions, prime the housing, and tighten everything securely. Open the valves, flip the breaker, and watch for steady water flow and quiet operation. If any step feels beyond your expertise, consider hiring a licensed electrician or pool technician.
