"I'm leaving a review for this franchise because all of the $25,000 went to them, Solze Business LLC of Columbus, Ohio which is this franchise. Zero accountability from corporate for their franchises, which is a shame because some of them appear to be good. Did not finish the $25,000 job. Did not tape the windows at all and did not foam them completely, making them very drafty. Did not caulk all the way around the windows, including the bottom, leaving many huge gaps for water to get into the walls. Much of the sill flashing is sloped TOWARDS the windows with no caulk to stop water. All $25,000 went to the Columbus, Ohio franchise, via Solze Business LLC of Austin Solze yet they are blaming the (now out of business) Dayton, Ohio franchise. Horrible experience. I feel very scammed! Do not expect any guarantee or warranty, and don't even expect to get the windows that you ordered. I was promised Energy Star windows by the sales guy, and none of them are. They even got the color wrong!"

"The profile for Holy Roller is lengthy and is misleading. As a consumer, you would want to trust that what is listed on the company's profile is work that can be accomplished in a satisfactory manner for all parties. I hired Holy Roller to paint a pergola and refurbish an existing patio. Holy Roller spent months on my project, leaving me without the use of my patio. I fully paid Holy Roller, but the project was never completed. Appointments were cancelled, incorrect paint was used, the company couldn't strip the paint they applied that had chipped and peeled. Construction debris was left on my property. I enlisted the Better Business Bureau's help and took Holy Roller to Arbitration. An Arbitration hearing was conducted at the office of the BBB and I received an Arbitration Award against Jim C./Holy Roller. The money was to be paid by November 1, 2018. Jim Cole has not abided by the Arbitrator's Ruling. I spent thousands of dollars with a reputable company to fix the workmanship of Holy Roller Painting. The new company removed all work done by Holy Roller and gave me a new patio within 36 hours. Please do your research before hiring this company."
