"David and Rick found three layers of drywall in the ceiling with evidence of black mold. They recommended that the ceiling be replaced rather than repaired. When I emptied out the kitchen, I decided that the walls needed painting. Despite the expanded scope of the project, they finished everything on time. I was very impressed with how everything came together on the last day. They handled all the other tasks as well, including replacing light switches and fixtures, replacing remotes for ceiling fans that wouldn't work, and fixing leaks and "seized" faucets.
