"They did a good job. He was great. They did a really spectacular job. We put on a new addition and it's really tricky to get the garage door. They had to custom fit it and they made it work great. I'd give them straight A's. They had very competitive pricing. "

"We were not able to open the door at all hence both of our cars were locked in -- on a Sunday. We called and they said the repair person would arrive in an hour and they were right on time. (This was facilitated by their current call being in our area.) Here is what they did: HD Extended Cycle Torsion Spring *Replaced 2 Torsion springs 218x25 *Balanced & lubricated door, track & rollers *Performed a visual safety inspection of operation *Installation and labor included All parts are guaranteed for 3 years (unless otherwise stated) and labor for 1 year. We were very satisfied with the work. There was a $100 emergency fee but we expected that and really could not let the work wait until Monday."

"I usually have my landscaper, brother or some other random person power wash my deck, rails and pavers. I decided to step it up a notch by hiring a professional. Mel was AWESOME. Contact was swift, bid was fair, scheduling was easy. Most importantly, I cannot believe how much better he did than an “average” person with a power washer. Everything looks brand new. Honestly, I’m shocked. I own several homes and I’m very picky about my contractors. I recommend MEL whole-heartedly. Plus, I love hiring an independent contractor. "Not really writing about the initial visit six years ago which was excellent and I would recommend. But about last week when I saw Jim replacing my neighbor's box. When I waved to him Jim finished what he was doing and then recalling he had replaced mine asked how it was holding up. Jim then inspected my mailbox and seeing that the paint had faded he took the time to remove the mailbox to not get paint on it and repainted the wood again. Never expected that. Thanks Jim again.

"Excellent experience. The estimate was very detailed, and more than competitive. I had time constraints, that Mr Coulter and crew accommodated at no additional cost. Since they painted the interior of the entire house, there was extensive wall preparation needed in several rooms (due to some very old wall paper removal), and their attention to detail ensured a consistent quality throughout the house.
I wanted the job done correctly--this was the right contractor.
The crew was professional, clean, and very pleasant individuals to have in my home for a week. They were extremely detailed -- the quality of work showed an impressive sense of pride. They went through at the end of each day carefully looking for any flaws, drips, etc., immediately correcting any issues (there might have been a drop or two -- they work meticulously to avoid mistakes).
Essentially, when they were done, my house looked amazing--better than expected.
I would use them again, and highly recommend them.
