"We cannot say enough good things about Carpentry Plus. We were extremely pleased with their expertise, professionalism, and work. In addition, Brad and his family are so friendly and personable that we felt like they were old friends. We hired them to put vinyl siding on our 2-story wood house and 2-car garage. As the work proceeded we discovered that there was extensive water damage to the wood in several places on both the house and garage. These included the chimney, the three-season room, and the bottom plate around the perimeter of the garage walls. As a master carpenter Brad Green resolved these issues in a creative and effective way. After replacing all the rotted wood in these areas, he installed flashing around the garage and closed-in three-seasons room to help prevent future damage. The three-seasons room was in such seriously bad shape that it almost needed to be rebuilt. All these issues added a lot of extra work and time to the project. Brad let us know every step of the way what was happening with the job and we were grateful that Brad agreed to take the time to do the extra work--well beyond the original agreement. We have not had any water in the garage since the work was completed and we are so happy to have our three-seasons room repaired. And the siding looks beautiful generating compliments from our neighbors. Really great attention to detail!"

"I was out of town when the work was done. Once I got home, it looked like only the caulking had been done because the two sections were still lower than the rest of the driveway. Eric stopped by and let me know that when they tried leveling, the adjacent concrete slab started to raise, so they had to stop. I didn't know that this was even a possibility, so I was disappointed. There were a few spots where the caulking didn't completely cover the seam. I expressed my concern and Eric came back to fix these problem areas. Eric was very patient with me as I was having health issues and was not very responsive to his voicemails. He remained pleasant and professional, which I greatly appreciated.
