I ordered my door and he showed up two weeks later install and installed the door that I wanted and only 2 hours. I want to share a small detail that I think shows Al's true color. One of the projects is Al installing a screen door for us. We agreed that if it takes more than 1 hour, he will charge more. On the next day, when I asked him how long it took him to finish the installation, Al told me exactly one hour. He could have told me longer and charged me more, but he didn't. 
This is the second time we hired Al. We are sure that it will not be the last time. He not only earns our business, but also wins our heart. Highly recommended!!

installer was Craig, who was not very good. told me he would be on the jobsite whenever his guys were there - but he wasn't. also took a long time to come back and recaulk the subpar work his guys did.
as for the product - they are OK. just your basic vinyl windows. overall, i was pleased enough. would use them again."

"Windows from Zen are excellent looking double-pane windows at an affordable price (plus, I took advantage of an Angie's List special package deal).  A tremendous improvement over our existing bare aluminum windows. Everything was as-advertised and the windows had no damage or issues whatsoever.  The installers came when they said they would and the installation is neat and professional-looking.  I will call Zen when I get around to replacing other windows and doors.

Thank goodness it was in the garage. I was not happy that I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades which were not covered by my policy."

"The installation team(owner and one employee) knew one another and has installed the same windows over and over again so everything was installed perfectly. They placed drop clothes in the areas they worked on and cleaned up with a shop vac and nothing was damaged. Meadow Exteriors is a small company but in my opinion their aim is to be the best not the biggest company. I am very pleased with their results. I paid half down when I signed the contract ($7500) and it took about a month before my windows were ready. I highly recommend this company.
