"I had four different contractors come to my house to give me a fee for a kitchen remodel at my home in Calabasas California. I had a budget in mind that was pretty specific, all three contractors told me there was no way possible that they could remodel my kitchen at that price. They were coming up with every excuse in the book. They said there was no way possible! Then I had IND construction come out, they were so friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel like I wasn’t acting crazy because of the budget that I set. They said absolutely they could do my kitchen remodel in that price! I was overjoyed but what was even better is they went over and above and made the remodel so easy for me and my family. "I did not fully know this about me, but I am the client from H***. However, Mr Gino and everyone at imperial remodeling went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. And I am a perfectionist; which does not exist, but no one could have gotten closer than these guys. We did a complete remodel of three bathrooms floors, walls paint etc. I’ve had custom glass installed. "Chris Bowen/Legacy did an amazing consulting/selling effort in the beginning of this project. He was not on our list of potential contractors that we were going to work with. However he came over on a Saturday and started providing options on our Kitchen renovation that others had not. Additionally he provide the most flexibility, choices and variations on what we wanted to achieve. Additionally he showed us his bio-data on many of his prior renovations, the quality and workmanship was impressive. After several consulting visits, my family was sold on Chris getting the entire project. We were given several choices on the cabinets and colors. With the supply constraints, he was able to get material faster than expected. Overall his team of sub-contractors showed excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They would address all our requests and changes. Additionally, whenever we had issues, Chris would come over to discuss and try to get to a viable resolution, many times including his sub-contractors as part of the discussion Bottom line...if you looking for a general contractor who is very knowledgeable and attentive to your needs, Chris and his team are a great choice."

"I am so happy with the work Albert did in my kitchen.  Not only did he take the time and patience to try to figure out a solution for my space; he was also very professional and friendly.  He tried to figure out the best way to build the cabinet so I can get the most space and keep in the style of my existing cabinets.  He took one of my existing cabinet doors and was able to make a door for my tray cabinet  match exactly! Not only that, but he had to match the color of my older cabinets and did an amazing job. He did the work within a week.  We are so happy that we are doing some other work with him.  In a heartbeat I would highly recommend this company.

"Home remodeling is always difficult territory. You want it done right. We worried about finding someone who would make our vision possible. Moshe made all our worries and fears disappear. He is an incredible general contractor with great knowledge of what needs to be done. Not only on the construction side, but also on the design side as well. He was able to start our project earlier than expected and finish before the deadline. We had multiple projects we wanted to complete, it made sense to go with a general contractor, so we did not have to deal with multiple workers/people getting in each other’s way. Everything ran smoothly through Moshe's direction. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to get done and how it needed to be done. We had new ADU built from scratch. A kitchen remodel in the main house, recessed lighting put into the living room and rec room, fireplace tore out and redone, new shelving and cabinets installed in the living room and rec room. We also had a washer/dryer moved from one location to another. If we need future work done to our house, I will hire Moshe back in a heartbeat. Hands down, best decision in hiring Moshe for our construction projects."
