Took down trees and left them scattered as if a tornado ran through the property. No silt fence, repeated no-shows, incompetent employees and employers, lied repeatedly stating the fence was up? He wrote the contract and took the payment in March and two weeks went by with no communication. After several attempts to reach him, he assured us he would begin the work on the following week due to weather. Two weeks came and went with no communication again and several attempts to reach him. Finally, after a late night call was answered out of frustration he stated the team would be there on Monday. Of course they were a no show and he later. offered a refund. We gave him two weeks AGAIN to refund the deposit of 5600 and we are in June and no refund has been received nor any communication. We have since reported a fraudulent case to our financial institution."
