"I needed the ramp done very quickly.  My wife had fallen and broke her hip.  We needed the ramp in three days to be able to get her in and out of the house.  They were very responsive and thorough in making measurements.  Initially they went through two possible designs.  I got a call back the next day with a better design and a fixed price, barring any inspector required changes.  They juggled some other committments and got the deck functional by the time we needed it.  They only lacked a small number of hand rails to complete it which were done shortly afterwards.  They also cleaned up part of the driveway where leaf mold had been infused with tree roots and blocked part of the driveway at no additional cost.  It was not in the original proposal but was a big help to me. <br /> It is the first time I have ever seen a contractor actually have the building codes book open and referring to it to make sure that the project was done up to code.  It passed with flying colors. <br /> They were all friendly and due to my situation were a life saver.  I had originally called another contractor to get competitive bids.  He called me back a week after the ramp was completed and my wife was home. <br /> I had some assorted work done on the house done several years earlier that they gave me a bid on.  I went with another contractor who did a mediocre job at best.  I wish I had used them on that job. <br />"
