"After a storm damaged our roof, Pro Roofing helped us to fight our insurance company for over a year. Other companies weren't willing to get involved, but Pro Roofing has people who specialize in this sort of thing. They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."

"We hired Kimberly Painting to paint the exterior of our cedar sided home. Since we were changing the home's color and contrast trim, it was a little more involved than a quick repaint. Mark came out to give us a bid on the project. He was friendly, responsive, and also very helpful as we were finalizing our color choices. Kimberly Painting's bid was not the cheapest bid we got, but not the most expensive. I believe you get what you pay for, so I rarely go with the lowest bidder anyway.
The crew was great. They worked quickly, neatly, and cleaned up well after the project was complete. While they were working on the outside, I decided to have them take care of some drywall repair needed on one ceiling inside our home, as well as repaint an interior accent wall in our living room. They gave me an awesome price on those since there were already onsite, and the work was flawless.
Shortly after they left, some paint started chipping on the front porch. I called Mark, who had someone out to repaint it immediately. A year later, no paint had peeled off again. So, we only had one minor problem with our exterior project, and Kimberly Painting stood behind their work without hesitation.
We are thrilled with this company and look forward to hiring them again.

"Outstanding professionalism and pride in workmanship from the initial roof inspection to the final walk through before payment. Some basic details to support my summary review. Professionally prepared and detailed quote package presented by business owner himself included itemized quote, manufacturers booklet on proposed materials, copy of certificate of incorporation, proof of certification to conduct business, certificate of liability insurance and numerous references. Product installed was GAF Timberline HD shingles with supporting GAF materials. Owner explained each product that would be used in the roof replacement, not just the shingles, as well as the benefits. There was always a supervisor or project manager on site. Roofers were efficient and appeared confident in the tasks they were assigned. Project manager explained to home owner all extra work that was required while the roof was being replaced and provided tangibles (i.e., mold or broken plywood base). Work was finished within the promised time frame. Office staff was very polite and professional. Office staff would call to provide status updates such as the delivery of the dumpster, that the owner was going to stop by for a site visit, billing information, etc. On the first day of work the crew actually arrived early and worked late to ensure initial roof work was finished prior to expected overnight rain thus avoiding any potential leaks during roof replacement. I was very impressed by the extra effort and teamwork made by all hands to accomplish an important task."
