I can’t say enough good this about him and his work and I would recommend him 100%. He’s done everything from plumbing, electrical, drywall and tiles. I hired him to install a kitchen backdrop and rehired him for multiple projects. Just recently he finished installing a new shower stall, vanity, lighting and bathroom floor. He also installed new lighting and replaced the basement drop ceiling with drywall. "

"I initially had a great experience with this construction company, but things quickly went downhill. Communication became terrible, with incompetence and a complete lack of responsiveness. To make matters worse, they started subcontracting work to people who were clearly unqualified. The quality of work dropped drastically, and it became obvious that the subcontractors didnâ t know what they were doing. I expected a professional job but ended up with constant frustration, unprofessional behavior, and subpar results. I eventually had to stop them from continuing, as it was clear this project was beyond John and Sherry's capacity. They bit off more than they could chew. I would not recommend this company if you're looking for reliability and quality. For any interested parties, Iâ m more than willing to share the full story. "I previously gave them 5 star I double checked there work the weatherstripping around the door is falling off( I have to get someone else to fix this poor job there handyman did) & the doorknob was installed upside down I will show you a picture at the end of this review? I should get a refund for such poor work I text them to come back to fix the job & a girl called me back told me I had the wrong number There number is 1 929 800 0010 it is the right number for the company listing for D & R Pro service I paid the service man $400.00(way overcharge for such a small job"

"The work that was completed was done well and the individual that did the work did it well and was courteous and polite. However the job was never completed. The day the technician arrived he was unable to complete the job because he ran out of chemicals. Then there were numerous issues with scheduling the initial job and trying to schedule the return to complete the job because the technician had various problems ( a personal emergency, an accident, a problem with equipment). In the end we became frustrated with the continuous rescheduling attempts and decided to seek someone else to complete the work. "
