"Water started leaking from a bedroom ceiling… Even though the leak was probably coming from the chimney flashing, I knew the roof was old enough for replacement. Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

"Five Star replaced the old roof sealant system in one day as promised, and gave me a 15 year warranty. I went with Nick because he is very knowledgeable about roofing and could help me navigate my roof repair from sealant to choice of tile. Nick is a conscientious contractor, and cares about his reputation for taking care of his clients."

"On Saturday evening, JJs entire team arrived at my house to repair the shingle roofing, and I am grateful that these roofing professionals were able to fix the problem."

"We had a stain beside the bathroom ceiling that seemed to point toward the flat roof. The membrane around the air shaft had already been patched once, but the stain returned. During testing, water placed on the roof stayed outside, while water applied higher on the shaft wall appeared inside. The metal cap at the top of the shaft had separated at one corner, and several mortar joints directly beneath it were open. Rain was entering the wall, traveling through the masonry, and showing up near the roof line. The cap was repaired, the open joints were repointed, and the roof flashing was replaced where it had been disturbed by earlier patches. The work remained limited to one side of the shaft because the other elevations were dry and intact. A bathroom exhaust opening inside the shaft was covered during masonry cleaning. Instead of testing only the membrane again, the completed wall and cap were tested from top to bottom. That finally reproduced?and then eliminated"

"SafeGuard Roofing & Construction did an amazing job from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before getting started. They completed a full roof replacement on my home and the quality of work really shows. Clean, efficient, and no shortcuts taken."

"We brought NY Roofing in for a flat roof on one of our Brooklyn properties that was simply getting old. There wasn’t one dramatic problem that made us call. The surface had been repaired in different places over the years and we were getting to the point where continuing to patch it didn’t make much sense. They walked the roof with us and we decided to finally redo the section properly. During the job they uncovered a couple areas underneath that weren’t in great condition, but nothing turned into a huge surprise or dragged the project out. What stood out to me was that the crew just came in and worked without making the whole thing more complicated than it needed to be. We had people coming in and out of the building while they were there and they worked around that without an issue. The roof looks completely different now and I’m happy we finally stopped putting money into little repairs every year. I would use NY Roofing again."
