"Ishmael and his team sanded and refinished our home. They also replaced old floors. The whole process was impressive. From the initial on-site visit by the proprietor, through the meticulous, detailed, clean work of Ishmael and the crew. All conducted in a focused yet easy-going atmosphere pleasant demeanor. As in many projects unforeseen challenges arose. Ishmael explained patiently the options, experimented with possible solutions and ended up delivering a beautiful home. After the project was done, there was a slight question of aesthetics and whether we made the right choice. Ishmael came over the weekend and worked for hours, with no charge(!) to reverse that decision and implement a different solution. "They were able to turnaround the work quickly from initial discussion, which took place on a Friday. Confirmation of work on Monday and actual project work on Tuesday. They fully completed repair and refinishing of 1 room in 1 day and the floor has never looked better. They replaced multiple broken boards, sanded the entire floor, restained the entire floor and cleaned up behind themselves. This was a great, quick, high quality project at a reasonable price."

"Meza construction is the BEST! Olvin installed 2 large rooms and a hallway with laminate flooring. It’s an old house so I had 2 LUMPS in my floors that he corrected and made even. My floors came out beautiful and seamless. He cleans AS he works, which I loved. I then added other jobs like installing a door and removing borders in a back bedroom. He can do it ALL! EXCELLENT PRICE. Excellent job. I plan on hiring him again for my basement floors."
