There were a couple of issues that they ran across with the construction of the house, but they were able to solve the problem and install the showers. "We were pleased with the work that was done. It took longer than expected due to a home depot trip but we were initially pleased with service. We had them fix a running toilet (one of many things) and was told that it should stop, and that we would not need to replace toilet. The toilet kept running, and is still running. My husband made attempts to contact them and at the end of day there was no follow through on their end. We also wanted to do some other jobs that we talked to them about but because there was no follow through, that didn't happen either. Follow through is important to us so I would rank them lower, but this is about what we have experienced since moving to the Bay Area. Thus, I would say our experience was average. There is not a maybe option on using them again so I said, "yes."  I believe the quality of work is good but we are dissatisfied with the constant communication  needed on our end to conduct and complete business.

Due to COVID 19, some suppliers were delayed in delivering required fixtures which delayed project weeks but in terms of Build the Bay, they did demo, fit tub, installed tiling, new shower and fixtures added once completed. It delayed project from 5 weeks to about 7 but not the fault of Build the Bay Inc. Build the Bay Inc. was very competitive in price, recommended some suppliers to shop materials from. Eitan was very good at communicating via phone, text and e-mail and his team was very professional, courteous, on time and did a great job. I am very pleased with the outcome of my remodeled master bath."

"Ovation Restoration did an excellent job with our home improvement project. In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. "Removing the brick 2-story fireplace from or home was a massive job. Numerous contractors came out and said it wasn't a job they would take on, or if they did, they provided astronomical quotes. Ofer came out to assess the job, said he could handle it, and was ready to start within a week or so. His price was very fair and reasonable. Initially we were going to replace the upstairs fireplace with a gas insert and midway through the job, we decided instead we'd like a closet. Without charging extra, or with any hassle, Ofer accommodated this last minute request. The full bathroom we put in downstairs turned out beautifully. His main crew was always respectful, clean, and pleasant to have around the house. All of the workers that came in from plumbing, to electricians, were all equally as nice, efficient, and did great work. All updates passed inspection and look terrific. The project stayed on budget which we were very happy about. We went into the project understanding that there were some materials that were not included in the price, so there weren't any surprises. I recommend making sure to ask about the materials (finishing products & grey materials), that you will be responsible for, so there are no surprises. We are so pleased with the work of Ofer and Bay Easy Construction, and I highly recommend and would hire them again."

Gal, part owner and lead contractor, is a dream to work with: professional and friendly, reliable, honest, clear and accommodating, on and on. He listened to what I wanted, offered a varieties of solutions (after all, he's the expert), checked in daily to make sure his workers were on track, dealt with all the paperwork and inspections needed and generally made my project seamless. Gal and his workers were respectful of my home and were always careful about Covid precautions, never making me feel nervous about them working in my home. Bay Home Remodeling wasn't the lowest bid (it wasn't the highest either), but when you have workers in your home for two weeks+, you want to be confident that the work will be done properly and on time, and want to be on the same page as your contractor. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending Bay Home Remodeling."
