"They did some damage to a brook that runs through the property. They returned phone calls and responded very positively to a change in my schedule. As far as I know, they did a great job on the roof. I asked for a label from one of the shingle packages in case I had a problem or needed to match them but they never gave me one. The roof looks great; did not leak in a heavy downpour; had a drip line added which I was not experienced enough to ask for and replaced all the rotten wood. They used a membrane instead of sheeting the roof with plywood as they indicated that the roof did not need plywood. Not sure about quality; I am not experienced in roofing."
