I wanted the flashing to be painted the same color as the stucco, but I did not have the paint. Later, I also noticed some tiles on the lower roof were chipped or discolored. I bought the paint, and I called Dave to schedule a time to have the flashing painted, the chipped tiles replaced, and the discolored tiles relocated. Dave came over with one of his workers who painted the flashing, replaced the chipped tiles, and relocated the discolored tiles. "Work started on a Saturday with large experienced teardown crew. They completed teardown and started wood replacement where necessary. At end of the day they covered the entire roof with sheeting in case of rain. A small experienced crew returned early on Monday to complete the wood work. When city inspection was done on wood repair, they started the shingle work and finished in a few days. At the end of every day they went on a nail patrol with magnetic tools looking for nails around the perimeter of the house. They did a very professional job with roof, cleanup, etc. I used Hoyt before on another house and will use them again."
