I received an immediate response from Robert, he provided input about the work I was considering and seemed very candid about his fee structure. He indicated he would send Dan to perform the work; Dan arrived on time and repaired everything as promised. I really appreciated Dan's attention to details, and once his work was completed he asked me to review what he had done. He made sure I was satisfied with his work before moving to the next task.

"I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. We got the information about Best builders group and we called and spoke to Zohar. Zohar was pleasant person to talk to and we asked him to come over and look at the current kitchen. Zohar came and saw the kitchen. He measured and set with us trying to figure out what we would like to do. The second meeting, Zohar came over with a 3D design of the new kitchen and with prices. The price that he gave us fits our budget and we were happy with what Zohar can give us for that price. The new kitchen that he did for us included all the appliances, Counter top, Mid size island and cabinets among new lights and outlets. The work that he did took close to a month and the workers did a great job! we were surprised with the quality of the work and how it came the same as in the digital design that he did or us."

Because the trouble we were having was intermittent, they stayed around to make sure that everything worked properly and solved a technical issue we've been having for months. They came prepared with a replacement unit just in case. I would absolutely use them again."
