"Kim was excellent in his knowledge and problem solving for our issues. We had a small landing in our yard that had rotten boards. We had two large posts that rotted on the ground. Kim replaced everything and painted them and it looks terrific. He even repaired rotten wood on the garage door jamb. He also realigned our steps inside our garage for more space in parking our car. He would always call before arriving. The price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend Kim Conner. I have other projects in mind and will call Kim to do the job, Very personable gentleman."

We estimated the cost for the job and it came in just about the same as we calculated based on the amount of product and time to install. We were also pleased that they were willing to drive to the Western part of the state from Raleigh to do the job. They cleaned up after the job as well. "<p>Did a great job...just like the first one.  He had all the tools required so faucets were repaired without scratches which I have had plumbers do.  The parts he ordered which didn't cost me a dime worked totally.  The previous repairmen had ordered the little rings but never mentioned that cartridges had to be replaced so that is why it leaked again.</p> <p>The only tiny complaint may be negligence on my part but I don't remember reading or being told that there is a two hour minimum.  So do keep that in mind so you save up several chores that need done; otherwise, a 30 minute job will still be billed as 2 hours.  I have other things that need to be done but this time I will be sure I have two hours worth of work...still worth it.</p>"

"started off as a simple floor repair (hopefully), but after getting into it there was alot more damage then originally thought. After getting into it the water heater need to go as well and do to the tight area where the water heater was installed a standard drip pan could not be used, after discussing options a creative idea to construct a drain pan was put in place. A few challenges popped up but where handled with ease. Project was finished on time and even with the unforeseen changes and modifications that had to be made was very cost friendly. Have several more projects that are coming up and will not hesitate to use Tim & Susan again."
