They left a hole in my ceiling and drywall repair has not been completed despite months of waiting. The unit began leaking July 9 and continues to fail, with repeated technician visits, temporary fixes like a pump, and no permanent resolution. Water has pooled in my ceiling for weeks, creating potential mold issues. Multiple calls and emails for resolution or restitution have gone unanswered. I cannot recommend this company."
