"Roto-Rooter service pros visited my home three times, always quite punctual and thorough. The first technician augered the line so my plumbing was usable again. Because the snake didn't pull any roots or other debris out, and because this has been a recurring problem, the service pro suggested the line be examined with a camera. On the second visit, Dean scoped the line to check for problem spots and discovered several significant root masses in my line, one of which was located underneath the road. He suggested it be cut out with a water jet (to prevent digging into the ground/road) but went above and beyond to contact my local sewer district to see who held the ultimate responsibility for sewer issues underneath a public right-of-way. After a delay due to the sewer district, Dean returned with another service pro for the third visit, using the camera and water jet to remove the roots to the best of their ability. Dean and the entire staff of Roto-Rooter are professional, courteous, and thorough. to auger the line with a snake so my plumbing was at least usable again; (2) to scope"

They have extended the warranty on the unit another 5 years because of the rebuilding. When they had to order a part, they brought out window units we could use until the part came in and was installed. They wanted to replace the unit as much as we did but were not authorized. We now have a service contract with them at a reasonable fee. They are very dependable."
