The two technicians were very careful during the cleaning, taking extra care to keep our new carpet from getting dirty. In the end, the fireplace was clean & tidy and the inspection of the flu/chimney/cap showed that everything was in good working order. They were also very attentive to answering our questions and making recommendations as to the type of grate we needed to replace our old one. Really a great experience and I would reccommend Roofstar Arizona to anyone looking for a roofing contractor in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.</p> <p>I interviewed approximately 8 contractors for this job. I am very discerning and not easy to please. I decided on Roofstar Arizona initially because they were willing to do the two layered underlayment system that I wanted using the product that I had chosen.. for a reasonable price. They were the last company I interviewed, so I already knew exactly what I wanted done and had an idea of the pricing I was willing to pay. </p> <p>After I met with the estimator, I had a good feeling that I would hire Roofstar Arizona for the project. I decided to call the owner of the company Jeff before I made my final decision. I spoke to Jeff that evening and went over the specifics of the job asked a lot of questions. I asked if they could start the job as quickly as possible. Jeff was very gracious and accomodating and answered all of my questions with specificity. </p> <p>Jeff also assured me that Roofstar could start my job in a timely fashion. Instead of sending the deposit in the mail, I decided to drop off the deposit to the Roofstar Arizona office the next morning. I met the office staff and really felt comfortable with the people and the company.</p> <p>Roofstar Arizona started my job as promised soon thereafter. Joseph and his team did an excellent job and finished in a timely manner. The crew was professional and did a superb job of keeping the jobsite clean and removing nails from the property.</p> <p>Roofstar Arizona is a great company all around. "Butch and his office staff are very friendly but I was disappointed with the quality of the work. This was a very small job, maybe 8-12 tiles slipping down the roof leaving gaps in coverage and 2-3 missing tiles that needed to be replaced. The job took three visits to complete. After the first visit I complained that there were still a couple tiles out of place leaving gaps in the roof coverage and there was still a missing tile that had not been replaced. On the second visit they replaced the missing tile with a spare tile I left for them but did not fix the gaps from the tiles that were still out of place. <br /> <br /> On the third visit I was home and talked with Butch. Butch indicated that the tiles were just placed on the roof and were not fastened down so they would probably slip down again in another 2-3 years. For $500 I was expecting a more permanent solution than just kicking the tiles back into place! To Butch's credit he got some caulking and secured the tiles on the third visit."

"Originally I had another company come out to give me an estimate but it was more expensive than I thought it should be. So I called Magic Touch Mechanical and their brand name units were equally as good with a price that was much more reasonable. Everyone I dealt with at MTM from beginning to end was very good, from the initial estimate to the installers to the people in the office who helped me, as there was a rebate involved with my purchase. The rebate came in as promised and overall my experience with Magic Touch Mechanical was very satisfying. I will call them again for a check up in the spring."

"Wolff Mechanical was very professional. The team arrived on time an did an excellent job removing the old A/C unit, installing and testing the new A/C unit and getting the remote sensor and thermostat connected to my WiFi. I had noticed a big difference in room temperature in various rooms with my old A/C unit. Wolff Mechanical was great at working with me to find solutions to the problems with my existing duct work. All the rooms serviced by my south A/C unit consistently held the same temperature after they were done. Wolff Mechanical came back the next day to pull apart and re-install my north A/C unit. A previous contractor had installed the north A/C unit in correctly and it needed to be pulled out and re-installed. Wolff Mechanical did a good job on the re-installation.A couple months later I asked Wolff Mechanical to come out and do major renovation of the north A/C duct work. I gave them a drawing of the changes I wanted and they suggested useful improvements to my recommended duct changes. For $1100 they completed the duct work including dampers to allow me to adjust airflow to each part of the house. Now my whole house maintains a consistent temperature.My only complaint with Wolff Mechanical was that the salesperson was slow to get back to me sometimes. However, once I got a contact within the service dept they were very responsive. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Wolff Mechanical."
