"Steve and his team were amazing. We did this remodel from out of state. Steve paid attention to all the details from start to finish. He provided great customer service. He sent us photos, called us and did facetime on all the progress. He met with us when we came into town to check on work. He provided top-quality materials. The entire inside of house was done (walls taken out, redo fireplace stone, mantle, new kitchen, two bathrooms all rooms painted, all new flooring, reroute plumbing into garage for washer/dryer, we moved into a brand-new home) I highly recommend Steve for remodeling work. He stays in total contact and control of the entire project. Very happy with work done."

"Our son and daughter-in-law hired Jack to repaint their cabinets. We met him the day he finished and were so impressed with the quality of his work. Needless to say, we got Sun Valley Remodelâ s info and talked with Jason when we were ready to go with our own cabinets. Jack finished a couple of days ago, and they are just beautiful! I canâ t stop looking at them :) We ordered new cabinet doors for our existing bathroom and kitchen cabinet boxes. Jack painted and installed everything, including soft close hinges and runners, plus handles. He is precise and meticulous in the methods he uses to paint and install. Heâ s plain excellent at what he does, and was wonderful to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend Sun Valley Remodel to everyone!"

"We had been referred to Kirk Development by a friend who had given them rave reviews on a major remodel at their home. We were certainly not disappointed! From the inception of the project with Gary as our designer, we were kept informed of the progress and what the schedule would be. We had a bit of a hiccup at the beginning of the project as our superintendent left the company and we were assigned a new superintendent. We were a bit concerned how this would affect the project, but that was an unwarranted concern. Michael stepped in seamlessly and led the remainder of the project beautifully. One thing I appreciated about the way Michael managed our job was a real time calendar he left at our home so I knew when different projects would be worked on and subcontractors would be arriving at the house. It can be tough to "live" through a remodel at your home when you are actually living there, but this made it quite manageable and helped eliminate surprise arrivals. I really appreciated that as a stay at home mom! Also, all the subcontractors we worked with were terrific - very qualified and professional. Our remodel was a bit complicated because of the odd angles in our kitchen, but Gary, Michael, and the rest of the team really helped give us great advice and direction so as to ensure the kitchen functioned for us as well as looked nice aesthetically. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kirk to anyone who wants a quality product!"

"I hired RS Builders to remodel my built in bbq. They added drawers, a light, and replaced the top with granite and added a bar area. It looks great and is a much more inviting place to cook out now! They came when promised and finished when scheduled. I can t wait for Memorial Day so we can break it in. 😊"

"Huge project. Easy to work with. Educated us during the process. Have used them several times & they will continue being our go-to contractor. Everything they do is done with excellence."
