"An exterior single paned window on my downstairs shop was broken in midwinter. I taped plastic over it but wanted it fixed promptly as rain was due. My phone call was answered by a real person who gave me an estimate and we made an appointment. The repair person showed up on time -- I didn't even have to be there, which was great because I work and it was freezing cold outside -- fixed the window and the bill was $2 under the estimate. They allowed me to pay by credit card over the phone which was nice (points!) <br /> I was happy with the quality of the work as well and would be happy to use them again. <br />"

"Started fast. Got the quote one day and work was started the next day.My wife and I removed items that were hanging in the way. Herb did the pressure washing as soon as everything was clear. He asked for help when it was time to replace the 2 x 6's for the eve. Then he did the prep work and did the painting. We contacted Herb Thalen of Thalen Painting and brought it to his attention. We were told that when the weather changes in a month the bubbles should disappear. I told Herb the bubbles were sealed air pockets due to the paint not bonding to the rail. I was told he couldn't com and correct the problem for a month because he is busy now. <br /> <br />"

He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off. <br /> He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I had a catastrophic dishwasher leak in my home.  After a restoration company came through and basically tore my kitchen apart, Gamache Construction came in and repaired the damage.  They arrived early and on the day they said they would come.  They did the work very professionally and quickly.  They cleaned up their mess and took the refuse with them.  After years of having unreliable and overpriced contractors and workmen in my home, Gamache Construction was like a breath of fresh air!  In the future should I need any work done on my home I will definitely call them first!!"
