The project (yard drainage, pavers) took months and is still a full mess! Attached are photos- I was gaslighted stating that I was ?impossible to please? and would ?never be happy?- judge the work for yourself! Project was over $40,000 and this is what they found acceptable! If you still choose them (?) then make sure an attorney reads anything you sign as every minuscule detail must be written or they will not take any responsibility! And read financing terms very carefully as they scroll through the contract speaking but the content does NOT match what they spew! Then the threats start demanding approval for the terrible, incomplete job. You?ll be ignored and ghosted once they get their money after placing in writing the modifications that will (not) occur!"

An hour later he wrote back that he was misinformed & that his boss was going to call me next week. Despite this, dep check cashed. On Mon 5. 20 rep wrote back that they had forgotten certain costs & to proceed it would be $8,000 more. Not a typo. $8,000 more. No apology. Ridiculous, contract rescinded. I wrote that he could return my deposit at my office just as he had collected it. On Wednesday the 21st I got a text from "Tom," presumably the owner/boss, saying he would "drop a check in the mail" to my address. Today is May 30th, Friday, and still no check. Check at a minimum should have been overnighted. They owe me interest not to mention the deposit to hire a contractor who will honor contract. Bad."

Igor's Construction was born out of a IGOR's Siding, registered by the owner in 2003 in Philadelphia, PA, initially specializing in remodeling and siding installation or removal. As the company grew, adding up years of experience, our area of specialty expanded accordingly. Realizing that while covering different areas of the construction business, the need for a change of name became more appropriate. As the economy of our country began to struggle, so did the homeowner.
