"Jim was great, he took care of business. The installers were polite, but not wholly professional, that's why I gave a B. Needed more guidance on buying the right materials to avoid extra expenses and hassle. Overall did what was expected and when there was not sufficient adhesive in an area of the floor, they came back to inject additional adhesive into the area. It appears that it worked."

"Took the time to color match my vinyl flooring to the rest of the house, did the job in one day, and quoted me a great price. Would definitely hire again"

"Kevin visited my condo to provide free consultation on various options that are available - I thought I had hardwood floor for the condo that I just purchased, but he showed me that it was engineered wood instead. Footprints floors has provided me with the best quote for my LVP installation out of four quotes that I received including CostCo's. Kevin and his team arrived on time on installation date and provided high quality LVP installation. They provided all necessary paperworks ahead of time and abide by my condo HOA rules. I'm very satisfied with the value and the quality of work they provided in addition to the one year warranty on floor installation! I will definitely have them work on my next flooring project."

"My lvp flooring project was completed quickly and with excellent quality installation!"

"We hired Breakthrough Flooring to replace our old, damaged flooring after a minor plumbing leak, and the entire experience was a breath of fresh air. They worked seamlessly with our insurance claim timeline, provided a crystal-clear quote that matched our budget, and even gave us great advice on upgrading to a more durable waterproof LVP option. The installation crew was punctual, kept a tidy workspace every single day, and finished ahead of schedule. The floors look gorgeous, and the transition into our hallway is seamless. Truly a five-star team!"

"Enver continued working despite our leaning over him giving him advice and asking questions. Neat and protective of our home, the work area and our ever inquisitive dog Ripley. Very helpful and knowledgeable on a vast array of remodel issues and trades. Arrived on time as scheduled and jumped right in doing extra work not originally negotiated. Completed on time, on budget and no extras. Bath floor and tub surround look great. Use this guy! You will be happy."

"Fernando did an excellent job! Great communication on timing and responsive to all my questions. Very reasonably priced as well. We had him put in luxury vinyl flooring in the basement. All done in a day! Would definitely recommend."

"At first I was reluctant to hire Simple Floors of Buford. The reviews were old and not great. Lidia reached out to me and was incredibly helpful in selecting the perfect wood flooring. They came to my home with samples and suggestions. The price was fair and the installation was professional and speedy. I m really happy that I chose Simple Floors of Buford and I love my floor."

"I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the moment I reached out they were responsive, professional, and gave me incredible service and product. I didn't have time to compare prices or shop around - I went by reviews online and feel so fortunate to have found Into The Woods! I had a short window of time to install hardwoods before a move and they sent someone out to measure, moved a day when my closing was postponed, had a fabulous crew do the work, and left me with no mess and gorgeous floors. I am so happy and tell everyone to use them should they have any flooring needs - you will not regret it!"
