My uncle and I have started our own LLC to assist people with many different home projects. From bathrooms and kitchens to outside the home, we can do it all!\n\nMy uncle has 30 years of experience in flooring and other handyman projects. I personally have worked with many different materials installing business signs for major store brands and small businesses. I have also managed all repair for 6 rental properties in the past. \n\nWith my uncle being in Brooksville and myself in Dunnellon, we have a wide range of area we are willing to travel. We look forward to providing the best service and quality of work possible!

"At first, we thought that they were just going to repair the existing wood floor, but after talking to the owner, he said that there was a room that had to be replaced entirely because the planks were in very bad conditions. They got us a great price on the new Oak floor and store it in their warehouse until it was ready to be installed. We thought the process was going to be messy but it was not! They handled everything very carefully, protected our furniture, and vacuumed the area after they sanded the floors, which is pretty much the hardest part. We did a natural refinishing, no color change because we love the natural look of our White Oak Floor. It’s has been amazing to hear all the compliments our floors get from friends and family. Wonderful people to work with. Very friendly and affordable."

"Very "timely and they did a grand job"

"A team of two men over four days moved the furniture from each area, then cleaned, degreased and machine buffed each 12 x 12 inch tile and hand scrubbed the grout lines in each wing of the house.   Some areas of the grout had to be hand scrubbed a second time.  The grout had to be completely dry before it could be sealed so an additional day was needed. On the sixth day from the time the job was started, all of the floor was sealed; it quickly dried and the furniture replaced. The entire house floor was sealed.   We were told by Francisco Garcia, the business owner, that the sealing should last several years.  He provided us with a specific floor cleaning product  and told us to use a wet vacuum to suck up the water so as to avoid re-depositing dirty water into the grout. The tile and grout looks very nice.
"

"My house is now the "gem" of the block! The painters were all friendly, courteous and responsive. There was much attention to detail and the property was left clean and protected each day. The provider checked in frequently and kept me informed of any issues (it was amazingly easy to work with Mike). The project was completed in a timely manner, and the work is superior. I will most certainly contact Preferred Painting again. Outstanding!"
