"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. This was no small project and took over two weeks to complete, and every step of the way Ion and his one-person crew were on the job promptly each morning and took care to consult us on every issue that came up. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. Masonry and Ion will be our first call whenever we have need for his skills."

"We hired Tomas Hilarios and his crew to install a concrete patio, a brick walk way, and a stone wall. Tomas was very knowledgeable and professional. We were provided a quote on sight and the very next day Tomas and his crew started our project. the work was completed within a week of the start; and there was a two day weather event during our project. Overall, an excellent experience and we are extremely pleased with the completed project. Before making a decision, please consider Hilarios landscaping and construction for your next project."

"I hired Ben the Mason to replace and enlarge our crumbling brick steps with new brick and granite steps. He also needed to repair the area below the door sill (dry rot) and redo a stone pathway to accommodate the new larger size of the platform and steps. I was totally impressed! He was easy to work with and willingly fielded my questions. He is a wonderful craftsman and takes great pride in his work, in which he has more than 30 years of experience. I highly recommend Ben the Mason."

"Eber and his team did a great job installing a retaining wall and raised bed - it really makes my backyard look great! He also cleaned, edged and mulched the rest of my flower beds- it really spruced up my home. Eber is hardworking, attentive and very friendly and helpful! I recommend New England Pavers and Stone for small and large job, it will get done fast, look great, at a good price. Thanks Eber."

"We hired Yovani and his crew (Y&C Construction) to repair a collapsed stone retaining wall. He responded and met with me promptly after I put in my inquiry. He gave me an estimate on the spot which was very fair. I texted with questions, and he answered all of them. After seeing examples of some of his work, we hired his company. He gave me an estimate of how long it would take and honored that time frame. The crew worked steadily two full days, cleaned up after, and the repaired wall looked fantastic. I would hire this company again for stone work without hesitation. Thank you Yovani"

"Review by John N. in Lexington, MA I hired Claudio and his workers to repair the stone steps and a bluestone landing leading up to the front entrance to my home, where the crumbling of aging mortar had loosened the stone steps and created a serious safety hazard. Claudio showed me the damage beneath the surface and clearly explained what was required for a thorough repair, giving me confidence that the extent of repairs he was proposing was necessary and that he was the right stone mason for the job. He and his hard-working team did an excellent job, and I would strongly recommend them to a family member or friend."

"Santos and his crew showed up when he said they would. Estimated a reasonable price. Took great care in completing several different projects including installing new granite steps, repointing brick, relaying bluestone patio, and replacing a poured concrete walkway. No cost overruns. Timely completion. Cleanup was thorough."

"Henry responded to my inquiry in record time. He said what he was going to do and he worked diligently until the job was done. He was straightforward and kept me informed. He was neat with his work. He made our brick wall and columns look so much better. Henry is a very skilled Mason and I would hire him with no hesitation."

"We are extremely happy with the job Chris and co. did in replacing our old concrete walkway with bricks. They worked neatly and efficiently and Chris helped us see our vision clearly. He’s a great guy, and has very fair pricing. We hope to use him on a project in the future. Deb D Bedford"
