The prices were comparable but Cechinel Siding and Windows provided exactly what I needed to calm my fears. When I called to get an estimate I spoke with Cecilia and that was the beginning of what turned out to be a great experience. She was thorough and friendly. She sent Bruno out to assess the job and within 24 hours I had a detailed contract to look over that touched on all the things that were important; a reasonable price, start date, clean up, number of workers present at all times, etc.. I went with CS+W and they kept their promises! 2 to 3 workers showed up on time every day and they worked hard right through the day. I also added 2 jobs while they were here. I had them replace 2 windows, remove and replace PVC porch and stair railings and replace a small roof. The extra work was no problem for them and they still finished within the time frame they had originally promised! Bruno and his workers were respectful to me, my property and my neighbors.
