"Very easy to contact, we discussed what was needed. Estimate was performed using aerial (satellite?) photos, and was in line with other estimates. He used Timberline shingles, and gave us a broad selection of types and colors. We arranged a date, and he communicated promptly about what was needed. Materials were delivered on Thursday and roof was completely removed and replaced in one day on Saturday. Joe was there all day, and helped install the trickiest portion of the roof. He took videos so we could see the work, including wood replacement where needed and inspect the final job. Cleanup was excellent."

"I've lived in my old house for nearly 20 years. Every few years, slates could come off, or we'd need something fixed. I've struggled to find a good roofer who will do slate work and do it well. I engaged Gibely in October of 2020 to replace my roof, gutters, siding and more. In a world where everyone makes you feel like a number, Gibely clearly gave you a family atmosphere on the job site. Two words,...they cared! Brian Dobbins (owner), Jeff Northcott (general manager) and Deb Dwinnell (office manager) were a pleasure to deal with. They were easy to reach, and they were willing to adjust for certain changes we had asked for. Brian's experience helped us decide on the roof color (and quality) and gave us valuable suggestions regarding the siding. Never did I expect siding to look this nice, and this real (like wood). The crew was always on-time, polite, clean and most of all, professional throughout the job. It seemed like they never stopped working. They were on the job site early and left as late as possible. No one was hanging around, everybody was working and doing their part. My yard and driveway were cleaned daily. Myles was extremely neat. Craftsmen to detail, and no hidden costs or secrets. Our Job was finished on schedule, and they were able to accommodate a time frame that I thought was not going to happen. The aftermath of COVID-19 in 2020 left many of the surrounding warehouses with little to no stock available for projects. Len Gibley Contractors worked very hard to acquire the products needed. "My first project with NMTI0Generation Construction (Tru Blue Construction) is complete; I have signed the contract for another, larger project. When I solicited quotes for my roof replacement (including new gutter installation and the reconstruction of my back steps and landing) I met with Project Manager Juan Carcamo. While every company that bid on my job seemed competent to do the work, I sensed that Juan and his company would be easy to work with. He listened to my concerns and ideas and explained how his company would handle them. Although his was not the lowest bid, I knew this was the best company for this job. I was not wrong! The professionalism of all the employees who worked on this project was amazing. Not only was each individual obviously skilled, they worked together as a very efficient team. There were two change orders to the project. These did not come as a surprise as Juan made sure I was fully informed as the job progressed.One change order was an upgrade in materials for the steps and landing. By the time the old roof had been removed I had decided that I would stay with this companyfor my next job, new siding and windows for the entire house. The second change order was to have the carpenters already on the job installs the rakes prelijminary to the siding job. I've been excited about every aspect of this project so far, but the actual roof installation was amazing! The crew od seven plus a foreman arrived around 7:00 am; before 4:00 they were gone. The job incuded my house (a two-story colonial style structure), a connected one-story sun porch and breezeway, and a one-car garage. They protected everything with sheeting, and they cleaned as they worked. They swept the porch and raked the yard - everything was cleaner after they left than it was when they got there."

"LCT did an excellent job. They arrived right on time and had a large number of roofers--7-8 men. They worked quickly and carefully, draping the entire house and making an effort to watch out for plants (though some damage to them is inevitable). James, the salesman, recommended that we install plywood over the entire roof in order to be sure to get all the warranties on our Certainteed shingles. He showed me where they require less than a certain size maximum opening between roofing boards, and also showed me the many places in our attic where there were spaces larger than allowed. That added about $2400 to our quote, but seems like a good investment. They stripped the old roof, installed the plywood carefully over every roofing surface, shingled and cleaned up in one work day. They returned the next day to install a flat rubber roof on our porch, also very well done. While all their work was excellent, we were a bit concerned that many of the laborers traveled in the back of their vans--which had no seats or seatbelts. Nonetheless, the workers reported liking working for this company, and that they were well-treated. Luis, the owner, called us soon after to see if we were happy with the work. Nice work, LCT!"
