"The project involved extensive repair of two decks, interior painting and baseboard replacement, installation of an interior window and door frame and some minor plumbing. During work in a bathroom a leak into the ceiling was traced to a defective dishwasher above. Repairing the damage and removing the mold was an extensive project. Wally and his crew did this with efficiency and care. Overall the work was of very high quality and was done professionally and carefully. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"I highly recommend Fabiano's Construction. Our experience with him was fantastic from beginning to end. The project was to restore and replace the exterior window frames of our 1830 Trinity. The previous owners had installed new windows on the inside but left the old ones outside for beauty. Many of these old windows were completely rotten at the bottom, barely holding the small panes of glass together. We got three estimates. One builder wanted to replace the old windows with a second set of new ones. Another was going to patch them up with wood filler. Fabiano was the only one who was willing to actually restore them, using green wood for the parts that were beyond salvaging. It was precision carpentry work requiring problem-solving ingenuity. The new frames and sills are green wood plus Azek (PVC), so they should last forever. Although more major restoration was necessary than foreseen, Fabiano and his crew—his son Will and assistant Simon—still finished the job in the predicted time. They were careful, focused, hard-working, and also really nice, honest people. It was a pleasure to meet them, and the result is a stunning improvement to our house both inside and out. Fabiano is responsive and friendly, an expert who takes pride in his work. Incredibly, his price was the lowest the three. We plan to hire him for another project."

Him and his team demoâ d our floor, found the issue, solved the issue(plumbing and concrete), and reinstalled a beautiful laminate floor. "It was nice to find someone who knows what they do and responsible. Frank is professional contractor. His work is quality. He works quick. Reasonable price. Clean and respectful. I had wall frame installed on my 2 stories high ceiling wall, also on the other side of fireplace and in dining room wall. They are so elegant. I was a little nervous on the high ceiling wall. If the measurement is wrong it can look disaster. But Frank did an amazing job. I’m very happy. Definitely will hire him again to do tiles around fireplace and finish the basement. They installed new insulation and walls, installed our cabinets, farmhouse sink, ALL appliances including gas range, literally everything. "I contacted JA drywall to work on some popcorn ceilings for me. Josh was very responsive and arrived on time to give me an estimate. To his credit, he did inform me that his estimate would probably be higher than other estimates I would receive. I decided to go with Josh because I felt he was honest, how he communicated with me and because he was available via telephone. Unlike other drywall contractors, who did not show up or were very flaky with the communication. Josh started the work on time and finished when he said he would be complete. Josh did a great job with my ceilings. The drywall was installed, taped, and sanded. I was very impressed with the work they did and I would absolutely hire him again. If you’re looking for drywall to be completed, Contact Josh and then call other companies and you’ll see the difference in communication. A+ in my book."
