This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. "Fair warning to consumers. Terrible. From the beginning it was obvious that the guys on the job were not experienced floor installers. besides poor workmanship they had no respect for our house. Simple things like putting ram board down on the new floors as to not damage them wasn't done. - trim installed wrong - fixed after I pointed it out - covered a heating vent - fixed after I pointed it out - many scratches on the new floor - fixed after I pointed it out - Every time they used the toilet the seat was left up. - lids to some of my paint cans not seals another is all crushed in because they used their boot to seal it. - They didn't put our furniture back in the rooms - cleanup was sloppy and incomplete. -there are a few gaps between the floor and wall that the 1/4 round doesn't cover. - There are over a dozen "creaky" areas in the floor."
