"I can only say great things about JA Drywall. We had quite a complicated chimney repair. From the beginning of the process, this company stood out from all the others. Most companies did not return my calls. One did respond but never showed up to start work. The JA Drywall owner came to our initial appointment on time, evaluated the job and gave us a reasonable and fair estimate. The work crew then came on time and worked really hard for two days to repair the chimney. At each stage they kept us informed of progress. They did a wonderful job, kept the site clean and tidied up once job completed. On top of their excellent work, they are a team of friendly and courteous workers, who also took care of a few other things that needed attention. "Excellent. Doc took the Moen shower control valve apart and found that there was a clog in the hot water valve (cold was fine). He went out to get the part, was back in 15 minutes, and replaced the defective valve with the new one. The next day I found that our hot water heater wasn't working. Doc answered my call (at 6:15 am) and arranged to come to our home on a Sunday to troubleshoot. It turned out that we had an electrical issue, but he helped us get power to the hot water tank so we have hot water and could arrange for an electrician to resolve the separate issue. He made this call at no charge, and was extremely considerate as we had just returned from a funeral and I was, quite honestly, not coping with my home repair issues very well. He is lovely and was so thoughtful, I really appreciate his kindness."
