They made sure all the pathways were clear of wastes, nails and debris. Even stopping from their lunch break to make sure I was able to walk safely on the side walk. And it was not just one crew person, but all of them were so nice, respectful & curtious. Could not recommend them highly enough!!"

"The male representatives from DaBella arrived in a timely manner. They were very efficient in their inspection of the roof. They found the roof solid and not in need of repair or replacement. They did however find some possible water damage where the gable siding met the house siding. The house had a history of leaking in this area so we were aware of the possible damage. We got a bid to replace the wood gables with a fiber cement product, similar to Hardiplank. They gave us a fair price on doing the gable work, and we signed up with DaBella to have this done. Caden and Drew, the representatives, were very personable. They didn't try to hard sell us on anything we didn't want. We appreciate them being straightforward and honest, as well as knowledgeable about the work needed, and the products that would be used."

As a Realtor I work with a lot of contractors and Gentry Family is at the top of my list for any roofing or general construction needs in the greater Salem area. We needed a roof replacement in Silverton as part of a real estate transaction and we were working with a pretty strict timeline. We had several bids for the project and not only was Gentry competitive in price they were able to shift their schedule (even added an unplanned weekend day) to get our job completed on time. We worked with Tim who was a great communicator throughout the entire process. He kept us updated at every step, was clear about the status and condition of the roof, and gave us all of the information we needed to feel confident in the project. "The cost for roof cleaning was higher than other estimates I got, however I chose Bonn because I preferred their approach to fixing the deteriorating pipe jacks, which was also more expensive but was a more thorough solution to fixing the problem.  I think this was because Bonn does complete roofing work and not just cleaning so they were able to offer complete replacement of the pipe flashings instead of a quick fix. Bonn was prompt at providing an estimate for the job and a scheduling the work. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, was courteous and did a good job cleaning up.  Hand removal of the moss was slower than other methods but the crew did a good job. There was a problem starting the pump used to apply the moss barrier and the crew thought they'd have to come back and complete that part of the job another day. To my surprise they were back in about 1 hour and were able to complete all the work in the same day. I appreciated that the crew came back to finish because it was late in the day when they left so I hadn't expected they to return. I'm completely satisfied with all the work that was done.

"Took one day. Had a leak about 5 months later. Needed recaulking. I had hoped that for over $3000., it would have been a more permanent fix. They did come as requestd to check on it and suggested I have caulk rechecked on a regular basis. I already have roof cleaned twice a year now, so I will have them also do caulking (All Seasons out of Springfield.)"

"I had Anytime Roofing perform a number of roofing enhancements in preparation of my roof for solar. They were able to accommodate my schedule as well as be very flexible in some last minute additions to my project that I requested. They did the following - Leveled and reinforced the roof decking (Majority of the project) - Installed a ridge venting system to enhance attic ventilation - Moved furnace and plumbing intakes and exhausts - Installed roofing anchors I was very happy with the pricing, patience, timeline and results of the project and will be calling them first again in the future for my roofing needs"

"See that they have a B rating.Have seen other roofing jobs in my neighborhood of companies with A ratings whose work doesn't compare.If you want a company who treats your house,your plants and your property like it was their own home then hire King and King.Every step of the process was done professionally with the greatest of care in consultation with me at all times.They took a little longer maybe than some companies but when you first priority is your customers peace of mind than it is worth it.First rate job cleaned up everyday and on the final clean up they actually pressured washed my 8 car driveway which I never expected.I must say I have a real problem with Angies list when I see a company like King and King with a B rating.A+ A+ A+ all the way
