"Needed to have a water softener loop and drain installed with associated replumbing of outside faucets and kitchen main (these have to remain "hard"). Very fast and professional. Great price"

"I would highly recommend Kyle and Pristine Plumbing. He did a great job replumbing our entire house and installing a new water heater at a price that was very affordable. Kyle always returned calls, showed up to the job on schedule and completed the job on schedule."

"The plumber that was dispatched for an estimate of the requested work was very knowledgeable and professional in his conduct. We needed to upgrade to a larger capacity water heater and the product they recommended is one we have in a home in Alaska and has performed very well. The bid for the work was accepted, job scheduled, and was completed in a very timely manner. Jake was very efficient and thorough with his work. I was very pleased with the service and work and have identified Apple Plumbing as our preferred provider for this service, should the need arise. I also highly endorse them for parties seeking plumbing services."

Prime Plumbing is a local plumbing company based right here in Nampa, Idaho. For over 9 years, we have been helping homeowners and businesses across the Treasure Valley handle plumbing problems the right way.\n\nThis is not a big franchise. It is a local team that takes pride in showing up, figuring out what is actually going on, and getting it fixed without overcomplicating things.\n\nMost people are not calling a plumber on a good day. Something is leaking, backing up, not heating, or just not working the way it should. We understand that, and we try to make the process as straightforward as possible.\n\nYou call, we show up, we take a look, and we give you a clear explanation of what is happening and what your options are.\n\nNo pressure. No confusing language. Just real answers.

"We had Shane about a year ago when we had a busted water pipe in our garage. He came out on our "water emergency" and had us repaired in no time at all, so when we needed a plumber again, we wanted Shane back. He was just as awesome the second time around.

"We have a utility closet in our garage where it was pre-plumbed for a water softener. However, the other equipment in the closet made it a challenge to get a water softener unit in there as well and we were concerned one would fit at all (poor planning by the builder). We had desired to have a larger unit installed, but the space limitation made it very questionable. Matt, the installer, brought out both a large and small unit in case the large one wouldn't fit. But Matt was able to make the larger one fit perfectly without having to redo any of the existing plumbing in the closet (another company had quoted us about $2000 worth of work just to move things around so their water softener would fit). And per our request, Matt went into the crawl space to re-route the garage hose bid to be on the soft water line and ran out and got a shutoff value so the kitchen sink could be switched from hard to soft water. And all this for no additional charge."
